The construction of the first Cline Homes "Spec" Home continues at a steady pace in Carolina Park. This 2600 square foot home has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. I had an opportunity to preview the home which is being marketed by Carolina One Real Estate. At the current stage of construction, I am impressed with the floor plan, flow and room sizes. I in no way represent the builder nor a Realtor with Carolina One. The intent of this Carolina Park Blog is to provide photo coverage of the progress of construction at Carolina Park for those having any type of interest in this new Mt. Pleasant residential and commercial development.
