As of July 11, 2009 there are two homes under contract and one sold home in Carolina Park according to the MLS. This new home under contract is listed for $164 a square foot, in line with the 4 other new homes for sale.

The construction of the first Cline Homes "Spec" Home continues at a steady pace in Carolina Park. This 2600 square foot home has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. I had an opportunity to preview the home which is being marketed by Carolina One Real Estate. At the current stage of construction, I am impressed with the floor plan, flow and room sizes.
