The two Brentwood spec homes at Carolina Park are starting to come together. Here are photos of the two "spec homes" under construction taken December 24, 2008. It would appear that the first three custom home builders scheduled to construct homes at Carolina Park have not started as of December 24, 2008.

The first Brentwood Homes to be available in Carolina Park have been priced between $349,000 and $434,200. They are between 1799 sqft. and 2624 sqft.

Brentwood Homes has started construction of the first of three "spec homes" planned in Carolina Park. The first two story home is located on Lot 65. It will be a 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath two story home of approximately 2624 square feet. The Rutledge Plan has a formal living room, separate dining room, family room and loft area. It also has a first floor master suite. It has been listed at $432,200. The photos below were taken on December 8, 2008.
